Solanas

Summer, Sun, Sun, Beach, Solanas! This bay in the south of Sardinia is spectacular. The water is crystal clear, the sand pure white. While you have a paradise to yourself here out of season, some kiosks and locals - especially on weekends - fill the beach. Parasols and pedal boats are also available for rent. The village of Solanas belongs to the municipality of Sinnai and offers some pizzerias, a supermarket and a good fish restaurant.
Solanas is strategically good located in the southeast of Sardinia. In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the highway from Cagliari to Tortolì . This road brings you also to Costa Rei and the Ogliastra and in less than half an hour you reach the capital of the island. The beach paradise Villasimius and the Monte Sette Fratelli recreation area with numerous hiking routes and daily routes for mountain bikers are also nearby.
