In this fully renovated private villa, authentic details and a new design go together beautifully. Through the spacious entrance you reach the living room via three steps. This consists of a large dining area and a cozy sitting area right next to the fireplace. The living room is also equipped with a smart television with satellite reception. The kitchen is separate from the living room. In addition to all kitchen utensils, there is an induction hob, dishwasher, steam oven, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and coffee maker. Finally, there is a spacious bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and a spacious walk-in shower. By the way, you can spend your holiday here in both summer and winter. The house offers a modern heat pump system so that every room can be cooled or heated and the bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating.

For example, you can walk to the beach of Genn'e e Mari, snorkel in a bright blue sea or just paddle along the beautiful coastline. In Torre delle Stelle you will also find a number of restaurants, a pizzeria, two supermarkets and kiosks where sun beds, umbrellas and pedal boats can be rented. The location is also favorable if you want to take a trip to the capital Cagliari, visit the dream beaches of Villasimius or the long sandy beaches of Kal'e Moru, Solanas and Costa Rei.
