A great place to spend a holiday with friends or your own family. The apartment Terrazza for six persons is located on the first floor of a beautiful villa. The house is very spacious and pleasantly furnished and offers a living room with a sitting area and fireplace, a modern kitchen and two bathrooms. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and the other 2 bedrooms each with two single beds. The air conditioning ensures a cool house in the summer, thanks to the dishwasher, the dishes are done in no time and the presence of a washing machine is also very pleasant. From the house you come out on the covered terrace. From here a small staircase leads to the enormous and well-kept garden with shared pool and bbq.
Activities in Villasimius
This holiday apartment is located just 400 meters from Timi Ama Beach. A beautiful long sandy beach, with shallow water, which is connected to two other beautiful beaches; Spiaggia di Porto Giunco and Spiaggia Simius. Getting some fresh air during a long beach walk is therefore a must during your stay. Villasimius also offers even more. Surfing, snorkeling, sailing, sunbathing, dancing all night long: it's all possible in Villasimius. In addition to a breathtaking coastline, you will find nice restaurants, shops and various supermarkets in the center. If you prefer to look a bit "higher", then a hike or an adventurous mountain bike ride through the Sette Fratelli mountains is a great option for you. Villasimius also offers a small network of cycle paths, from the center to the harbour. If you bring your own bicycle or rent a bicycle on spot,you can leave the car parked at the holiday home.

Villasimius
Via the newly built highway from Cagliari or, preferably, via the panoramic route along the coast you’ll arrive at Villasimius, a quiet village which transforms into a lively seaside resort during the summer months. The area is known for the numerous beautiful sandy beaches and bays with turquoise waters. There are various restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlours and shops along the coast and in the village itself. During the summer months events are organised regularly on the central “piazza”.
Just outside of the city centre there’s a tourist harbour, where you can book a boat excursion to discover the magnificent coastline of south-east Sardinia. Alternatively, you can sail from the 17th- century star-shaped Porto Giunco to the island of Cavoli, where you can dive to the statue of Madonna dei Fondali at a depth of 10 metres.
