About the accommodation
The functional apartment with terrace, garden, outdoor shower and barbecue is located on the ground floor of a small-scale apartment complex. The apartment for up to four guests is available through a new kitchen and bathroom. The cooking area with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster is separate from the living room. In the living area there is an air conditioning unit that serves as a cooling unit for the entire apartment.

At the rear of the apartment are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed.
Activities
The location makes it! The endless sandy beach of the Costa Rei is 150 meters away. You are on vacation between the quiet dead-end streets of Via delle Ginestre and Via dei Tulipani, which are most of the time only used by residents and guests of the Ristorante Chaplin, which is known for its fish and pasta specialties and family-friendly times and prices. In a few minutes you reach supermarkets and restaurants, bars and pubs of Costa Rei. With a small detour you can walk to the bakery in the morning via the beach to get fresh bread!

Costa Rei
Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.). The area is popular among tourists because of the beautiful beaches with fine white sand and the sports facilities such as canoeing, sailing, surfing, diving and trekking.
