The charming house Casa Rota is located just 280 meters from the beautiful beach of Monte Nai. The two-room apartment with garden for four people consists of an entrance with covered veranda, living room with kitchenette and pull-out sofa bed. The sleeping area offers a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a recently renovated bathroom with shower. Furthermore, Casa Rota is equipped with TV, air conditioning (for a fee), safe and a washing machine at the back of the house. There is also a private parking space about 50 meters away from the apartment.
Activities
Casa Rota is located in the northern part of Costa Rei where it is only lively during the summer months. The rest of the year you will find nothing but beach and sand. A supermarket, the weekly Costa Rei market and restaurants are within walking distance. On the beach, about 280 meters from the cottage, is the Ginepro Beach Bar and next to it the Sunshine Rey Bar, both opened seasonally with rent of sun loungers and parasols.

Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.). The area is popular among tourists because of the beautiful beaches with fine white sand and the sports facilities such as canoeing, sailing, surfing, diving and trekking.
