Summery terraced house in Costa Rei in the south of Sardinia with a large garden, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and not far from the beach. Just around the corner there is everything you need for a vacation, even a small weekly market with fresh products from the region. Four-legged friends are also welcome here.
About the accommodation
This large terraced house offers a lot of space, because it was originally two separate apartments. It is located in a row of houses in the northern part of the Costa Rei, also known as Rey Playa. The quiet holiday complex consists of simple terraced houses and holiday apartments. The beautifully planted summer garden is best seen from the terrace: it is very spacious, covered, has a dining area with grill. Lots of privacy!
Rooms
This holiday home has recently been partially renovated and has two new sanitary facilities with shower. Thanks to the two equivalent double rooms and one room with bunk beds, the house offers enough space for four adults with a maximum of two children.
Activities
There is a supermarket, a small weekly grocery market on Thursdays and Saturdays, as well as restaurants and a pizzeria within walking distance. On the beautiful, endless beach of Rey Playa, which is a 5-minute walk away, there are some beach lounges and restaurants during the holiday season. Anyone who knows the beach at the Rei Playa holiday complex - which is only crowded during the high season - appreciates it.

Costa Rei
Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.). The area is popular among tourists because of the beautiful beaches with fine white sand and the sports facilities such as canoeing, sailing, surfing, diving and trekking.

The daily ferries from Napels and Civitavecchia and large cruise liners sailing the Mediterranean moor in Cagliari’s marina, which is situated right in front of the city centre, along the Via Roma. The city's own sandy beach Poetto (pronunciation: po-etto), stretching out for 8 kilometres, is very popular among the locals from April/May through the beginning of October. Located a few kilometres from the centre of Sardinia's capital, Cagliari-Elmas International Airport connects the capital to the main land.
