This newly built complex of comfortable apartments with air conditioning, balcony or terrace are located in a quiet residential area just a few hundred meters outside the center of Orosei. They all have a living room and a kitchenette with stove. Depending on the size of the apartment, there are one or two bedrooms and two or three single beds can be placed in the living room. The complex itself does not have a swimming pool, but guests are allowed to use the swimming pool in Hotel Maria Rosaria, 220 meters away. In this hotel you can enjoy the breakfast buffet for a small extra charge.

At Le Residenze di Orosei you can choose between a two- or three-room apartment. The 2-room apartments offer a living room with kitchen and two single beds, a double room and a bathroom. An extra bed can be added for a fifth person if necessary. The three-room apartments for five people have a living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, a double room and a single room. The three-room apartment of 52 square meters for six people has a double sofa bed or two single beds in the living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds or a bunk bed. In addition to a bathroom and terrace or balcony, a television, air conditioning, washing machine and an oven are also standard comforts in every apartment.
