This holiday cottage offers enough space for four to six travellers and a four-legged friend is also welcome if desired. The cottage is situated in the southeast of Sardinia and has a garden and air conditioning. The semi-detached cottage has a functional kitchenette, a renovated bathroom and is managed by our professional property management team. The location of this cottage is great - just a three minute walk away is the endless sandy beach of Costa Rei.
About the accommodation
This small cottage is part of a terraced house in Rei Playa, a quiet holiday complex with simple holiday homes, all on the ground floor. Villetta Anastasia has a large, enclosed garden in front of the house and a separate part of the garden with barbecue behind the house. The cottage has a large and bright living room and offers space for a family with a maximum of three children. Within walking distance there is a supermarket, restaurants and a pizzeria. Once a week there is even a small weekly market with fresh products from the region. On the beautiful, endless beach of Costa Rei, which can be reached by foot in 3 minutes, there are some kiosks with restaurant and rental of umbrellas and sunbeds, even in low season.
Rooms
From the large, covered terrace you always have a view of the enclosed garden of this terraced house. Through the living room with renovated kitchenette and rustic dining area you have access to the double bedroom and the second bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together. This room offers enough space for an extra cot (on request). There is also a bathroom with a shower. A brick barbecue and outdoor shower are available in the backyard.
Activities
The location of this apartment is great - the endless sandy beach of Costa Rei is just a step away. Anyone who knows the coastline of the northern Costa Rei will appreciate this quiet stretch of beach in the Rey Playa holiday complex for its relaxed beach life. Our tip: start the day early in the morning with a beach walk towards the north of Costa Rei - you will hardly meet anyone here!

Costa Rei
Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.). The area is popular among tourists because of the beautiful beaches with fine white sand and the sports facilities such as canoeing, sailing, surfing, diving and trekking.

The city's own sandy beach Poetto (pronunciation: po-etto), stretching out for 8 kilometres, is very popular among the locals from April/May through the beginning of October.
