You can live well here on 170 square meters of living space. In the sleeping area, the terraced house offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, three with double beds and one with bunk beds (ideal for children!). To ensure that there is no traffic jam in the bathroom in the morning, three bathrooms provide relaxed comfort.

The Casa Loris is located between salt lakes and the sea. The long beach of Marina Maria and Vecchie Saline is a beach and surf paradise south of Olbia. There is a surf school right on the beach. This coast is ideally within walking distance of the house for a quick jump in the cool water and close to town. For extensive bathing fun, we recommend the hidden coves of Capo Ceraso, which are best reached by mountain bike. In addition, there is the dream beach Porto Istana, a wonderful beach to enjoy carefree with the whole family.
The location of the property to the south of Olbia has other advantages. In 10 minutes by car you reach the motorway 131, which takes you in no time past Olbia to the Costa Smeralda or south to San Teodoro to the Caribbean blue swimming paradises of L'Impostu, Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta and Cala d Ambra.
