In the north of Porto Rotondo, the small city center gives way to a residential area with stately buildings and large private rooms. Several parts of the beaches here are almost exclusively reserved for residents and holidaymakers staying here, as there are few other parking options. The guests of the small complex Punta Lada can relax on the two beaches "Spiaggia dei Sassi" and "Spiaggia delle Alghe". These are practically on the doorstep and are rarely overcrowded. About a kilometer and a half past Porto Rotondo, on the road towards "Punta Volpe", you come to a golden yellow dream beach. A beach with fine white sand, turquoise blue water and an occasional sandy beach is a swimming paradise with reddish coves of trachyte rocks and surrounded by a rich Mediterranean vegetation. The Spiaggia Punta di Volpe is also ideal for families with children, snorkelers and divers. Due to the presence of only a few parking spaces, the small bay is best reached on foot or by bike. From this beach you also have a beautiful view of the islands of Mortorio and Soffi that lie off the coast.
