Sardinian shepherd in Bitti for one day

Would you like to live as a Sardinian shepherd for a day? During this experience you will learn fast about the life on a Sardinian and educational farm in Bitti. With a local shepherd you can milk cows and sheep, cut cork and of course take a look at the cheese production. You will also learn how to drive a flock of sheep, just like a real shepherd. You will also enjoy a small picnic with our own cheeses and sausages and a glass of wine for the adults. Of course you will also discover much more about the habits and customs of this ancient profession during this wonderful day dedicated to nature and the farm animals.

Around 13.00 h. you will be surprised by a complete meat-based lunch with organic local products, consisting of:
• Appetizer with a platter of cheeses, cured meats, and pickled vegetables
• First course with pasta
• Second course with meat
• Seasonal fruit
• Wine and water
• Coffee, digestifs, and homemade sweets
