Cooking class in Alghero
In the northwest of Sardinia - in the countryside of Alghero - Irene lives in a timeless house. Here she organizes traditional Sardinien cooking lessons for small groups. A fun and tasty experience! You make fresh pasta yourself (ravioli, malloreddus and tagliatelle) and you learn how to make a good sauce using simple ingredients. An aperitif is served between the preparations.
