Discover Alghero by bike

You start through the historic center of Alghero. You cycle through the narrow streets, through squares, along the harbor, etc. The guide will tell you all about the history of Alghero.
Then you cycle along the San Giovanni beach surrounded by palm trees to the bay of Maria Pia. Behind the beach are vast dunes dotted with juniper berries and Mediterranean scrub. You will make a stop at the Kalik lagoon, a 'buffer zone' between sea and land, with shallow, calm water and a 'cup' shape - from which the name is derived -, a vital 'lung' where endemic plants grow, countless species of rare fish and water birds. After crossing the old Roman bridge with your e-bike, we continue towards the famous beaches of Le Bombarde and Lazzaretto. Here you can take beautiful photos. A few more kilometers and we are in Punta Giglio to enjoy the scents and colors of the Mediterranean scrub and take in the spectacular panoramic views of the Bay of Alghero and the Porto Conte Park.
