Cooking class with wine experts
At a 30-minute drive from Cagliari in south Sardinia the renowned winery Is Argiolas, located in the small village of Serdiana, also organises various cooking classes. This excursion is a unique way to discover the local cuisine.
After having visited the cantine you will learn how to cook Sardinian recipes under the guidance of experts in the local food tradition. You will learn how to make each dish perfectly, how to present it and the special occasions on which it was traditionally served. The lessons will conclude with a meal where you will enjoy the results of your work, paired with the beautiful Is Argiolas wines.
