The quiet holiday area of Sa Perda Niedda consists of simple terraced houses and holiday apartments. This apartment is slightly higher - about 30 steps up - and has a large, enclosed garden. Casa Cocco has a bedroom and 2 children can make use of the sofa bed in the living room.
There is a supermarket, restaurants and a pizzeria within walking distance. On the beautiful, endless beach of Costa Rei, which can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes, a few beach lounges and restaurants are open even in low season.

The enclosed garden of this semi-detached house is always in view from the large, covered terrace. The living room with a small kitchen corner and functional dining area provides access to the bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with a shower. In the garden you have a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Those familiar with this stretch of coast will appreciate this popular stretch of beach in the Turagri tourist complex, as almost only the locals and residents of the surrounding holiday apartments enjoy the beach here. Nearby there are also supermarkets and restaurants, bars and pubs in the center of Costa Rei.

Costa Rei
Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.).
