Through the garden gate, twenty meters through the bushes and you are on the child-friendly sandy beach of Costa Rei. A holiday home could not hardly have a better location! Casa Emma has a garden, air conditioning and can accommodate up to four people.
Holiday home right by the sea
One bedroom, kitchen and livingroom with sofa bed, bathroom, terrace, garden. That's all that Casa Emma has to offer. However, the fantastic location by the sea makes this apartment unique. Although you are staying very close to the beach, you do not really have a sea view from the house. This is simply due to the higher vegetation, which ensures that curious people walking past at the back cannot just look into the garden.
A bedroom, dining room and lots of outdoor space
Casa Emma maakt deel uit van rijtje geschakelde huisjes. De ingang bevindt zich in een rustige doodlopende straat en je kunt direct bij de woning parkeren. Een kleine voortuin leidt rechtstreeks naar de entree. In het huis is er een woon- eetkamer met kitchenette, uitgerust met fornuis, oven en een wasmachine. De bank kan worden opengeklapt om op deze wijze twee extra slaapplaatsen te creeren. Een aparte slaapkamer biedt twee eenpersoonsbedden die desgwenst tegen elkaar geschoven kunnen worden. De badkamer is gerenoveerd en voorzien van douche, toilet en bidet. Vanuit de woonkamer heb je via een patiodeur toegang tot de overdekte veranda, gevolgd door de tuin met buitendouche. Via het tuinhek wandel je zo naar het strand.
Activities
The small holiday home is located in the northern part of Costa Rei , which only comes to life in the summer months. The rest of the year you will only find beach and sand. Within walking distance is a supermarket, the weekly Costa Rei market and restaurants. On the beach - right in front of the house - is the Sunshine Rey beach bar, with sun loungers, umbrellas, playground, water sports equipment and a restaurant open during the season.

Costa Rei
Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.). The area is popular among tourists because of the beautiful beaches with fine white sand and the sports facilities such as canoeing, sailing, surfing, diving and trekking.

The province of Cagliari and its eponymous capital are located in south-west Sardinia. The daily ferries from Napels and Civitavecchia and large cruise liners sailing the Mediterranean moor in Cagliari’s marina, which is situated right in front of the city centre, along the Via Roma. The city's own sandy beach Poetto (pronunciation: po-etto), stretching out for 8 kilometres, is very popular among the locals from April/May through the beginning of October. Located a few kilometres from the centre of Sardinia's capital, Cagliari-Elmas International Airport connects the capital to the main land.
