Villa Luna, Villasimius - Sardinia

Villa Luna is a comfortable detached holiday villa of approximately 55 m², located in the small-scale holiday area "Porto Luna 1", just 2 km from the center of Villasimius. The house is situated slightly higher against a hill and is surrounded by a well-kept garden. The house is spread over three floors and has on the ground floor an entrance / living room with a sofa bed, a perfectly equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and of course dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, a coffee maker , kettle and toaster. From the dining area you look out onto the veranda, furnished with garden furniture.

One floor lower in relation to the living room you will find a bedroom with 2 separate beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor of the house is a bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom with shower.
Villa Luna also has air conditioning/heating (except in the bedroom in the basement), free WiFi, flat screen TV, hairdryer, washing machine, clothesline and iron and ironing board, outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a parking space nearby.

The village of Villasimius, which has almost 3,500 inhabitants, is known for its numerous fine sandy beaches and Caribbean blue waters. The beaches of Simius, Porto Giunco, Timi Ama and Punta Molentis are among the most beautiful beaches on the island. This cottage is located in a holiday complex close to the main Villasimius routes. The terraced houses around the two bays of Porto Luna are almost exclusively visited by the residents around. This is also because there are only a few parking spaces.
Villasimius is a fashionable seaside resort: during the day you can relax on one of the many beaches and in the evening you can stroll along the Via del Mare with boutiques, ice cream parlors, restaurants and bars. During the summer season, shops are open until midnight, bars and discos close only in the early morning. Via del Mare and Piazza Giovanni form the center of the village.
