The holiday home Villa Nicola is located in the well-maintained residential complex "Bruneghe" and is only approx. 400 meters away from the fine sandy beach of Costa Rei.
A paved path leads to the large covered terrace of the house, which serves as an extension of the living room in summer.

Via the terrace you enter the stylishly furnished living and dining room with fireplace and renovated kitchen area with dishwasher. This is followed by a bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a double bed. This room also has a small, en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The bathroom window provides the light in this bedroom. The second bathroom of the house, like the second and third bedrooms, is located a few steps above the living area. This also has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and is located exactly between the two upper bedrooms, both of which have a double bed. A door in the third bedroom leads to the rear of the house where there is a small outdoor area with a BBQ. An outside staircase leads to the private roof terrace of the holiday home with seating area and sun loungers. From above you have a beautiful sea view!

The location of this apartment in the quiet, small holiday complex is great. The endless sandy beach of Costa Rei is less than a ten minute walk away. Anyone familiar with this stretch of coast will appreciate a stay at the Sa Murta Bassa holiday complex for its relaxed beach life. The supermarkets and restaurants, bars and pubs in the center of Costa Rei are also within walking distance.
