Activities
Villa Moresca is part of a large property consisting of three villas, including the neighboring villa Mediterranea, with access from the main road of Monte Nai (via Ichnusa) and is close to the sea, which can be reached in a few steps via a short pedestrian path directly from the property. Shops and restaurants can be reached with a short walk, so the car can stay parked most of the time. Villa Moresca is a detached villa, partially fenced and in a slightly elevated position in relation to the road, so that you can even see the sea. It is separated from Via Ichnusa by thick hedges that guarantee peace and privacy.

Costa Rei
Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.). The area is popular among tourists because of the beautiful beaches with fine white sand and the sports facilities such as canoeing, sailing, surfing, diving and trekking.
