Through the automatic entrance gate you reach the garden at the front of villa Cala Granu via a small staircase. The path leads to the veranda and pool, both with sea views. Through the sliding doors you have access to the living room, elegantly furnished with a cozy sitting area and a decorative fireplace. On the other side of the sitting area is the dining area with a view of the veranda overlooking the sea. Through the hallway you reach the well-equipped kitchen and the covered veranda with barbecue. A wonderful place to cook in the summer months! From the living room you also have access to two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and overlooks the veranda and pool with sea views. A smaller additional double room in the basement can be reached via an internal staircase next to the kitchen. A bathroom with shower has also been reserved for this bedroom.
