About the accommodation
The villa is located near the renowned Costa Smeralda, just outside the lively Baja Sardinia. The area is characterized by a hilly landscape dotted with impressive pink granite formations. There are many sandy beaches nearby. From this strategic location you can easily visit the worldly seaside resorts on the Costa Smeralda and the traditional inland near Tempio Pausania. If you want to spend a day on the beach, you can for instance visit the beach of Cala Ginepro at 2 kilometres from the villa, or one of the other numerous bays in the area.
The villa
Villa La Silvaredda consists of a private pool, a spacious veranda with sea view and a second one with dining table and barbecue, a living room with fire place. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. There are 5 double bedrooms; one with private terrace and en suite bathroom, 1 double room and 1 twin bedroom. On an inferior level there are a second bedroom with en suite bathroom, a double bedroom with private entrance, a living room with open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine.

You will find the popular holiday destination in the Gallura, Baja Sardinia, on the northeastern point of the Gulf of Arzachena. In the heart of this beautiful holiday destination you will find the long bright sandy beach of Baja Sardinia.
When the luxury resorts on the Costa Smeralda were launched in the 1960s, they also invested in some kilometers to the west: construction began in 1961 in the bay that was then called Cala Battistoni. Baja Sardinia sounded better, so the coastal town - which today consists of villas and apartments hidden among the granite rocks and bushes of the maquis - was expanded with hotels and a small square with a promenade. Today the place is known for its beautiful beach, active nightlife and last but not least for the "Acquadream" pool.
In the low season it is particularly pleasant when the water in Baja Sardinia bay shimmers in every shade of blue imaginable. With a bit of luck and a clear view, you can see the Maddalena Islands and the mountains of the island Corsica.
