Villa Lux, Is Molas - Sardinia

This house pays tribute to the Sardinian landscape and its color reflects the clear sky. Villa Lux is a beautiful villa with pool located in the new residential complex on the Is Molas estate in Pula, in the south of Sardinia. The villa, designed by the architect Massimiliano Fuksas, overlooks a beautiful private garden of about 1000 square meters with wonderful places to relax and a private pool of 60 square meters.

Villa Lux consists of two staggered buildings connected by a panoramic terrace of 130 square meters. On the ground floor are the dining room and living room and two bedrooms, a double and a single, which share the bathroom. An internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two further bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

For example, the beach of Soiaggia di Nora and the bay of Su Guventeddu are easy to reach by car. In the area you will find extensive forests where you can enjoy walking and beautiful spots on the coast for snorkeling. Just beyond Pula is the Roman-Punic port city of Nora, some of whose columns and mosaics date back to the Roman Empire.
