The intimate Lantana Resort is located on Sardinia's south coast in Pula. This child-friendly 4-star complex has a lush subtropical garden with swimming pool. The spacious 2 or 3-room apartments of the resort's Residence formula are provided with all the modern comforts.

About the accommodation

The 4-star Lantana Resort, with subtropical garden and colourful lantanas, has both apartments and comfortable hotel rooms. The beach is just 1,5 kilometres from the accommodation and the lively centre of Pula is within walking distance.
Upon entering the hotel, you’ll pass the reception, lounge, bar and breakfast room. You can enjoy a sparkling cocktail, lunch and / or dinner on the spacious roofed terrace overlooking the pool. Guests staying according to the residence formula can also use a "take-away" service or opt for a stay including breakfast.

Apartments

Residence Lantana has 32 spacious holiday apartments, divided into 2-room (“bilo”) and 3-room (“trilo”) apartments. All apartments have a living room with kitchenette, bathroom and 1 or 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with an electrical stove, microwave and refrigerator with freezing compartment. Each apartment features air-conditioning, a TV, safe and hairdryer.
Towels and bedlinen are included in the rental sum. Depending on the location on the ground floor or first floor, every apartment has a private patio or balcony. In the 2- and 3-room apartments a folding bed can be added for a child as well as a baby bed.

Activities

Apart from relaxing at the beach, you can enjoy the peace and quiet in the hotel’s spacious garden. All guests are welcome to use the pool as well as the putting-green, the free shuttle service to Nora beach and the playground. The resort organises various activities and water games for the younger guests from June to September (3 times a week). You can book various beauty treatments and massages at the small gazebo in the garden.

Lantana Resort Residence

Pula

Pula is located on the south coast, ca. 25 kilometres south-west of Cagliari. This lively village is a popular holiday resort during the summer months. It houses numerous restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours and the shops are often opened until midnight. Various activities are organised regularly at the central “piazza”.
The beautiful coastline, stretching from Nora beyond Pula, is known as Santa Margherita di Pula. The broad sandy beaches are alternated with hotels, holiday homes and resorts.
Golf aficionados can visit the 27-holes Is Molas golf course, one of the oldest in Italy.
We highly recommend visiting the ruins of the ancient city of Nora, dating back to the 8th or 9th century B.C. The Phoenicians, Carthaginians and Romans have left imposing traces in this archaeological zone. In Roman Ages (ca. 238 AD) it used to be the capital of the “province” of Sardinia.

A procession is held each year from the 1st to the 4th of May from Cagliari’s Sant’Efisio Church to Pula’s eponymous 11th-century Romanesque Church of Sant'Efisio of Nora. This procession, showing an enormous variety of local costumes, is definitely worth a visit.

The province of Cagliari and its eponymous capital are located in south-west Sardinia. The daily ferries from Napels and Civitavecchia and large cruise liners sailing the Mediterranean moor in Cagliari’s marina, which is situated right in front of the city centre, along the Via Roma. The city's own sandy beach Poetto (pronunciation: po-etto), stretching out for 8 kilometres, is very popular among the locals from April/May through the beginning of October. Located a few kilometres from the centre of Sardinia's capital, Cagliari-Elmas International Airport connects the capital to the main land.
