The 5 holiday apartments of Villa Smeralda are housed in a spacious villa, located on a beautiful estate in between orchards in north Sardinia. The kids can watch the chickens, turtles, play in the playground. On the spacious terrace near the pool breakfast (supplement) is served each morning. The accommodation has several bikes that you can use freely. Villa Smeralda features free Wi-Fi.
Apartments
Each of the 7 holiday apartments is approximately 60 m², and has, the apartments have two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, as well as a washing machine, air-conditioning, TV and a spacious veranda with barbecue. Furthermore, there's a VIP apartment with a small private pool. Each apartment can accommodate 4 guests, but a 5th bed can be placed on request. Bed and bath linen are changed once a week.

Telti is a small municipality in the province of Olbia-Tempio with ca. 2200 inhabitants. The village is a beautiful starting point for a journey of discovery through north Sardinia. Leuke en vriendelijke eigenaar, goede locatie voor bezoek kustlijn en stranden. Zwembad met kleine duikplank. Huisjes kunnen wel kleine update gebruiken.
