Villa Marina Lina, Costa Rei - Sardinia

The quiet holiday area Turagri consists of simple terraced houses and holiday apartments. Our apartment Maria Lina is particularly well located: it is only a 150m walk to the beach! For those familiar with the area, the entrance from the car park is on Via delle Tuie, the garden gate to the beach is on Via delle Agavi. The house has a large, enclosed garden, a kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. There is enough space for a family with 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children who can sleep in the air-conditioned attic of the house. A supermarket, restaurants and a pizzeria are also within walking distance. On the beautiful, endless beach of Costa Rei, which can be reached on foot in a minute, a few beach bars and restaurants are open even in low season.

Holiday apartment Villa Maria Lina has a living room with fireplace, dining area and sitting area with TV, a small kitchenette with washing machine and dishwasher overlooking the veranda, a double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower and a mezzanine with two single beds, accessed via a stairs. Both bedrooms do have air conditioning.

Great location - the endless sandy beach of Costa Rei is just a few steps away. Anyone who knows this stretch of coast will appreciate the popular beach of the Turagri holiday complex, because almost only the locals and those who stay in the surrounding holiday apartments can be found here by the sea. The supermarkets and restaurants, bars and pubs in the center of Costa Rei are also within walking distance.
