The villa has a bright living and dining room with an open kitchen from which you also have access to the beautiful terrace, which overlooks the pool. You can also see the tall pine forest of Santa Margherita and the endless expanse of the sea in the background.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning, in which two of the rooms can possibly add an extra third bed. This ensures that the villa is suitable for groups of seven adults and a child. The house offers two bathrooms and a washing machine is also available.

The wonderfully peaceful location means you can start the day at Villa Palmetto in a relaxed manner - or you can use the hillside location for a jog, bike ride or a morning yoga session with a sea view. Numerous beaches can be found in just a few kilometers. The closest is the long, golden stretch of sand of Santa Margherita, the small cove of Pinus Village or the super beach of Chia - Sardinia's southernmost beaches are among the best swimming spots on the Mediterranean island. A trip into the mountains is also possible - in the forest of Gutturu Mannu you can endlessly walk and mountain bike.
