About the accommodation

This design villa in a timeless Costa Smeralda style, with terracotta tiles, dark wood and shabby chic furniture, is located just a few kilometers from the charming small former farming village of San Pantaleo. The Spiaggia Bianca beach is only three kilometers away and this is just 1 of the countless dream beaches that Costa Smeralda has. The chic marina of Marina di Portisco can be reached in five minutes by car. Relax on the beautiful terrace by your own pool, under the stylish pergola or enjoy the beautifully manicured garden with lawn and many spots under the shady holm oaks.

Rooms

A large sliding door leads to the living room with fireplace and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and stove with oven. Three of the four bedrooms have a double bed and the fourth has two single beds. Three bathrooms ensure that there is no traffic jam in the morning hours. A barbecue corner, Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also part of the standard comfort of this luxury holiday villa.

Activities

This villa is peacefully located on a private road. For an aperitivo, we recommend a trip to the small mountain village of San Pantaleo, just a few kilometers away. The town is well known for its narrow streets, charming houses and the artists' and crafts district. It is only ten minutes away by car to the Spiaggia Bianca on the Costa Smeralda.
