Plenty of room for six people! Villa Elvi Three is decorated in neo-Sardinian style and has three double bedrooms. They are all equally equipped, one of them has two beds that can be converted into a double bed. The rooms share two bathrooms, each with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

The beautiful cultural landscape Sa Mendula consists of grassland, where the plots are enclosed by natural stone walls. While jogging or a morning walk you can discover many luxurious villas hidden in the greenery and the massive granite boulders. Those who spend their holidays here are looking for peace far from the glamorous world of the Costa Smeralda (about 15 minutes away by car). Closer to the small settlement of Baia Sardinia with its beautiful sandy bay, good restaurants and bars right at the sea and disco Ritual. The former fishing village of Cannigione, also 10 minutes away, is known for its marina and sports harbor. A number of fun excursions to the archipelago of La Maddalena start from the harbor. There are also plenty of shops, nice restaurants and aperitif bars. Your favorite beach will certainly be the beautiful little bay of Cala Ginepro just a 10 minute drive away. Rarely crowded and the beach offers a beautiful view over the Gulf of Arzachena.
